Reinpark

In 2013, Reynpark turned 100 years old. This is Cologne's largest and most visited park.

Reinpark

The Rheinpark is Cologne's largest park, with an area of about 50 hectares. It is so large that a miniature railway has even been laid on its territory, which will take you from one end of the park to the other.

No less popular are other means of transportation - bicycles and roller skates. On sunny days, locals settle in entire green spaces with entire families. Especially crowded in the park on Sundays, when everyone around is having picnics, barbecues, playing football, riding the rides and just relaxing.

The park offers beautiful views of the Rhine, the towers of the cathedral and the Old Town. And if you sit in the cabin of the cable car, the stop of which is located in Reinpark, you can, moving from one side of the river to the other, see the panorama of Cologne, the Rhine and the surrounding area. There is a cafe in the park selling snacks and drinks. Very close is the famous "Dancing Fountain" (Tanzbrunnen). Concerts are held here in the evenings.

To relax and unwind, visit the Klavdieva Terme complex, which is also located in the Reinpark.
