In the opposite direction - from Termini to the Airport - the route runs from 4:40 to 21:50, but the stop is on Via Giolitti (also right next to Termini station).
Tickets can be purchased both one way and both ways. Buses run at an average interval of 30 minutes. If you purchased a ticket for a certain time, but were late for your bus, you can leave on the same ticket with the next flight.
