How to rent a boat in Venice for a walk along the lagoon?

Renting a boat in Venice (Venezia) for a walk along the lagoon is a great idea for those who want to look at a unique city as a local. Our friend and Maxim, the only Russian-speaking captain in Venice invited us in April to try a new way to study Venice and we were delighted!

Renting a boat with a captain is much more comfortable than public transport, and also cheaper than a traditional water taxi 120 euros / hour. If financial opportunities allow, I strongly recommend.

How much is

The rental price is affected by the number of people and the duration of the walk.

For example, for a company of 3-4 people renting a boat for the whole day will cost 640 euros - you can have time to sail to the islands of Murano and Burano, dine in a traditional restaurant, see unique sights inaccessible to most tourists. A shorter 3-hour walk will cost 270 euros.

All prices are indicated on the nameplate below. When ordering a boat, all readers of our site receive a gift from Maxim - a bottle of prosecco. It is enough to indicate the promotional code in the first message: ITALY FOR ME.

You can find out about free dates and make a reservation by writing to Maxim in the What's app to the number: +39 347 372 37 61. The message format is free, for example: “Hello, Maxim, my name is Arthur. My family and I will be in Venice for 4 full days for 2 full days - August 22 and 23. What are the options for renting a boat with you these days? Promo code: Italy for me. ”
